silakan lakukan langkah-langkah berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Akses sistem menggunakan mode <em>incognito\/private <\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lakukan <em>clear cache<\/em> pada browser yang digunakan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Akses langsung melalui tautan berikut:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/situ-keu.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/credit-payment\">https:\/\/situ-keu.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/credit-payment<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika masih belum muncul daftar nya, kemungkinan dosen masih belum ter-mapping sebagai dosen wali. Harap dapat menghubungi IT Service Desk PuTi untuk dibantu pengecekan dan penyesuaian akses role nya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-pale-ocean-gradient-background has-background\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bila_Mahasiswa_Masih_Memiliki_Tunggakan_Pembayaran\"><\/span>Bila Mahasiswa Masih Memiliki Tunggakan Pembayaran<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin Fakultas dapat menghubungi bagian Keuangan, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat membayar tunggakan. Bila sudah selesai nantinya pengajuan tersebut akan direset terlebih dahulu oleh dosen wali, sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengajukan kembali pengajuan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pengguna_Mahasiswa\"><\/span><strong>Pengguna: Mahasiswa<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-pale-ocean-gradient-background has-background\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Saya_Ingin_Mengajukan_Penundaan_BPP_namun_Ada_Notifikasi_%E2%80%9CAkun_masih_terkunci%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>Saya Ingin Mengajukan Penundaan BPP, namun Ada Notifikasi &#8220;Akun masih terkunci&#8221;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Pastikan Anda tidak memiliki tunggakan keuangan, silakan menghubungi <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/daftar-kontak-layanan-tel-u\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/daftar-kontak-layanan-tel-u\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bagian Keuangan<\/a><\/span> jika Anda masih memiliki tunggakan;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Jika sudah tidak memiliki tunggakan keuangan, silakan menghubungi dosen wali untuk mengajukan permohonan dengan menyertakan dokumen pendukung. Selanjutnya, dosen wali akan melakukan verifikasi dokumen dan <em>interview <\/em>mahasiswa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika disetujui, kemudian dosen wali dapat membuka akses Tel-U Care melalui menu ACC Dosen Wali dan klik <strong>Setujui<\/strong>.
