Untuk memastikan dan mengatasinya, silakan ikuti langkah berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Langkah Pengecekan Akun<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buka browser dan akses <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.office.com\">https:\/\/www.office.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perhatikan akun yang sedang ter-login di pojok kanan atas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pastikan akun yang aktif adalah:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Account <strong>student\/pegawai Telkom University<\/strong>,<br><strong>bukan<\/strong> akun Microsoft 365 dari kantor sebelumnya.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jika yang Terlogin Masih Akun Kantor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Silakan <strong>logout<\/strong> terlebih dahulu dari akun kantor tersebut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setelah itu, login kembali menggunakan <strong>akun student\/pegawai Telkom University<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena apabila masih menggunakan akun kantor, sistem akan otomatis mengarahkan (redirect) ke layanan Microsoft 365 milik kantor tersebut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Catatan Tambahan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disarankan menggunakan <strong>mode incognito\/private window<\/strong> atau browser yang berbeda untuk menghindari konflik akun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pastikan email dan password yang digunakan sesuai dengan akun Telkom University.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apabila setelah mengikuti langkah di atas masih mengalami kendala, silakan hubungi kami kembali agar dapat kami bantu lebih lanjut.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":36,"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","class_list":["post-28745","faq","type-faq","status-publish","hentry","faq_topics-faq-365","faq_topics-faq-365-umum"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faq\/28745","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faq"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/faq"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/36"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=28745"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faq\/28745\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":28746,"href":"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/faq\/28745\/revisions\/28746"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/servicedesk.telkomuniversity.ac.id\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=28745"}],"curies":[{"name":"WordPress","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
