Aplikasi DELA dapat diakses melalui portal iGracias dengan menggunakan user group alumni. Sebagai catatan mahasiswa yang telah lulus user group akan otomatis tercatat dengan user group alumni. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi DELA mahasiswa yang telah lulus, memungkinkan melakukan pengajuan, pemantauan, dan pembayaran legalisir secara online.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Langkah-langkah_Penggunaan_Aplikasi_DELA\"><\/span><strong>Langkah-langkah Penggunaan Aplikasi DELA<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Akses:<\/strong> Buka iGracias Telkom University dan login menggunakan akun SSO alumni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menu:<\/strong> Pilih menu <strong>Legalisasi Dokumen<\/strong> >> <strong>Legalisasi<\/strong> >> <strong>Input Legalisasi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pengajuan:<\/strong> Isi formulir, unggah scan ijazah\/transkrip yang diperlukan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring:<\/strong> Pantau status pengajuan legalisir online melalui fitur monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pengiriman\/Pengambilan:<\/strong> Legalisir dapat dikirim ke alamat pemohon atau diambil langsung sesuai kesepakatan.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hotline_Aplikasi_DELA\"><\/span><strong>Hotline Aplikasi DELA<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, alumni dapat menghubungi Bagian Standar dan Layanan Akademik (BSLA) melalui email baa@telkomuniversity.ac.id atau WhatsApp 082126666844.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mengapa_aplikasi_DELA_tidak_muncul_pada_Igracias\"><\/span><strong>Mengapa aplikasi DELA tidak muncul pada Igracias?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aplikasi DELA tidak muncul karena status User Group mahasiswa yang bersangkutan belum berubah menjadi <strong>Alumni<\/strong>.
