Civitas Akademika Universitas Telkom,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sehubungan dengan adanya proses penyesuaian pada layanan Aplikasi Ticketing (e-Ticket PUTI), <strong>proses konfirmasi tiket sementara dialihkan melalui fitur chat\/obrolan pada tiket di aplikasi,<\/strong> menggantikan konfirmasi melalui WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selama masa penyesuaian, seluruh komunikasi layanan akan dilakukan melalui chat di:<br><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/satu.telkomuniversity.ac.id\">one.telkomuniversity.ac.id<\/a> \u2192 e-Ticket PuTI<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mohon untuk senantiasa memantau tiket yang telah dibuat agar proses verifikasi dan penyelesaian layanan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.
