Kegiatan dihadiri oleh tim Service Desk Telkom University Kampus Cabang Surabaya, Jakarta, dan Purwokerto bersama Tim Service Desk Telkom Pusat (Bandung).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hari\/Tanggal<\/strong>: Kamis, 05 Februari 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Waktu<\/strong>: 09.00 \u2013 12.00 WIB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Media<\/strong>: Microsoft Teams (Online Meeting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapun materi yang disampaikan dalam kegiatan transfer knowledge ini meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service Level Agreement (SLA)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Format Analisis Kendala<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FAQ Service Desk<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Manual<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User Group<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan seluruh tim Service Desk di lingkungan Telkom University, baik pusat maupun kampus cabang, memiliki pemahaman yang seragam terhadap proses, alur dan standar layanan dalam penanganan kendala serta dokumentasi pendukung layanan.
