Pembahasan mencakup penyesuaian klasifikasi prioritas menjadi low, medium, dan high, penambahan monitoring tanggal tenggat, penyempurnaan tampilan data problem, penghapusan beberapa field yang tidak lagi diperlukan, serta penambahan riwayat perubahan tenggat untuk mendukung proses monitoring. Selain itu, rapat juga membahas penyempurnaan alur kerja eksekutor, termasuk mekanisme verifikasi ulang oleh service desk sebelum problem dinyatakan selesai.
