Pada sisi pengguna, pembahasan difokuskan pada penambahan informasi SLA pada form input tiket dalam bentuk dropdown serta pengembangan dashboard user agar lebih informatif. Dari sisi eksekutor, rapat membahas penambahan akses untuk melihat informasi resolusi tugas lintas eksekutor serta indikator visual tiket yang diselesaikan melewati tenggat waktu guna mendukung monitoring penyelesaian tugas. Sementara itu, pada sisi admin Service Desk dibahas penyesuaian template konfirmasi OCA berbasis utility, pengembangan notifikasi response time tiket ke WhatsApp melalui OCA utility, penyempurnaan tampilan text area pada fitur chat, serta perubahan struktur tabel laporan helpdesk.
