Beberapa hal yang dibahas meliputi persiapan materi sosialisasi, teknis pelaksanaan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan secara daring, serta penentuan peserta yang terdiri dari perwakilan unit kerja, fakultas, direktorat, dan research institute, serta melakukan pembagian tugas saat sosialisasi seperti penunjukan pemateri 1 dan pemateri 2, mc serta operator yang bertugas mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan sosialisasi.
