Kegiatan ini ditujukan bagi para eksekutor yang terlibat dalam proses penanganan tiket untuk memperoleh informasi terbaru terkait sistem, alur kerja, serta praktik terbaik dalam pengelolaan layanan TI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam sosialisasi ini, peserta akan memperoleh informasi mengenai pembaruan terbaru pada sistem ticketing, termasuk fitur dan penyempurnaan yang telah diterapkan untuk mendukung proses layanan TI yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, akan dilakukan demonstrasi penggunaan aplikasi ticketing secara langsung agar peserta memahami alur kerja penanganan tiket mulai dari penerimaan, proses tindak lanjut, hingga penyelesaian tiket. Kegiatan ini juga membahas peran dan tanggung jawab eksekutor dalam memastikan setiap tiket ditangani secara tepat dan sesuai standar layanan yang berlaku.
