Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai langkah awal dalam mempersiapkan implementasi aplikasi ticketing (Service Desk) terpusat yang akan digunakan di seluruh lingkungan Telkom University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rapat difokuskan pada pembahasan proses bisnis implementasi aplikasi, penyamaan alur layanan, serta penyusunan mekanisme operasional agar penerapan sistem dapat berjalan secara efektif dan konsisten di seluruh kampus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beberapa poin utama yang menjadi pembahasan meliputi mekanisme pengelolaan dan pengendalian <strong>Service Level Agreement (SLA)<\/strong> agar setiap tiket yang masuk melalui sistem satu pintu tetap dapat dipantau dan diselesaikan sesuai target waktu layanan. Selain itu, peserta juga mendiskusikan penyesuaian proses bisnis apabila seluruh kampus menggunakan aplikasi ticketing terpusat, termasuk pembagian peran dan alur eskalasi antarpetugas Service Desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam rapat tersebut turut dibahas komitmen penggunaan aplikasi oleh seluruh tim Service Desk di setiap kampus cabang. Komitmen ini menjadi aspek penting untuk memastikan implementasi sistem dapat berjalan optimal, didukung dengan kedisiplinan penggunaan aplikasi sebagai media utama pengelolaan layanan dan pencatatan seluruh aktivitas penanganan tiket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebagai bagian dari proses perencanaan, masing-masing kampus cabang juga menyampaikan kebutuhan, masukan, serta harapan terhadap pengembangan aplikasi.
