New Student Single Sign-On (SSO) Activation Guide
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an Authentication System that allows users to access multiple applications using the same username and password.
*Please follow these steps in order.
SSO Activation
- Access one.telkomuniversity.ac.id and click “Create SSO Account”
- Adjust Activation as “Student” and Fill Column “NIK”
- Enter “OTP code”that was sent to each of your personal emails
- Create a password according to the criteria
- Read and understand the terms and conditions at Telkom University, if you have Checklist on the box and click “Save”
Note:
The username is system-generated and cannot be changed..
If There is an error with your National Identification Number (NIK) during SSO activation, please contact support.: Contact Us
Tel-U SATU Login
- Click “Connect Microsoft 365“
- Enter SSO username @student.telkomuniversity.ac.id (example: muhammad@student.telkomuniversity.ac.idand Password SSO
- If you are already logged in, please continue Microsoft 365 MFA Activation link berikut Microsoft 365 Account Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA) Activation Guide
- After successfully activating MFA, a dashboard page will appear displaying a list of applications accessible while you are a student.
Login iGracias
- Access igracias.telkomuniversity.ac.id as a studentChoose Login >> STUDENT)
- Enter “username and password SSO”
- Mandatory Activate iGracias Authenticator for Account Security, after SSO activation, please follow iGracias MFA Guide
- Forbidden delete app authenticator because the latest token code will always be requested every login
Description: Please do not delete the authenticator app, as this can cause accounts to become inaccessible or create problems with the authentication process. Ensure this app is always on your device.
Microsoft 365
- You can try Microsoft 365 services, please access office.com
- Choose Sign in
- Enter SSO Username + @student.telkomuniversity.ac.id (example: muhammad@student.telkomuniversity.ac.id) and SSO password
- Click Sign in
- Enter the 6-digit code from Microsoft Authenticator to sign in to Microsoft 365 services. “Verify”

Description: The Microsoft 365 license can only be used while you are a student at Telkom University, and it will be automatically deleted 6 months after your graduation..
MyTel-U Mobile
The My TelU Mobile application can be used for several things, such as viewing class schedules, viewing grades, viewing the campus timeline, etc. To use it, the application can be downloaded via Google Play Store Dan Apple App Store. Here are the steps to log in to your MyTel-U Mobile account:
- Click Sign In
- Enter SSO username (lowercase and without domain) + SSO Password >> Login

Tel-U Connect WiFi
Access to Tel-U Connect WiFi is only available within the Telkom University environment.
Please ensure that when accessing Tel-U Connect, you DO NOT activate free VPNs, paid VPNs, browser DNS, or device DNS.. Please follow these steps to access Tel-U Connect Wifi:
- Choose TelU-Connect
- Click Connect
- Enter “username Dan “password” SSO
- Click “OK / Connect”

I want to ask about app auth token validation. Which token are we talking about?
Hello, for the apps auth token, please enter the token code from your authenticator app.
Please note that this page will appear on every iGracias login, so do not delete the authenticator app/code.
