Microsoft 365 Account Verification Guide Telkom University
If you have successfully created a Telkom University SSO account but are still unable to connect to Microsoft 365, it is possible that the device you are using is still connected to a Microsoft 365 account from your previous workplace. To verify and resolve this, please follow the steps below :
Account Checking Steps
Open a browser and go to https://www.office.com.
Check the account currently logged in at the top right corner.
Make sure the active account is:
- A Telkom University student/staff account,
- Not a Microsoft 365 account from your previous workplace.
If You Are Still Logged in with a Work Account
Please log out of the work account first.
After that, log in again using your Telkom University student/staff account.
This step is necessary because if you are still using your work account, the system will automatically redirect you to your previous workplace’s Microsoft 365 services.
Additional Notes
It is recommended to use incognito/private mode or a different browser to avoid account conflicts.
Make sure the email and password used match your Telkom University account.
